السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ...

يااخوان هاذا رد الفندق ولكن ابغى منكم توضحون لي بعض الاشياء لاهنتم

ايش قصدهم بدفع 30%

Dear Mr.

If you would like to confirm 4 nights that wont be a problem too.

As guarantee to your reservation and arrival you have to send us following:

For reservation please send me full name of guests arriving and credit card authorisation for as guarantee of arrival.

If the child is a age 6 or less, then the accommodation is free of charge. If a child is older then 6 years we have to calculate the price.

For two nights the amount will be 75 eur x 4 nights = 300,00 Eur.

If you need vouceher than the pricedure is different:

For getting voucher from our side the procedure is following:

*we will send pro-forma invoice for your stay in pour hotel, which has to be paid in advance, in* amount of 30 % from the total amount . For getting visa voucher has* to be issued on minimum 10 days. You* may stay all days or not, but* the payment in advance has to* be done in 30 %

After we get a payment, we will issue a voucher for you. Since the* voucher has to be in original, you have to contact DHL or FEDEX for* pick up, and you should pay for these costs.

With that original voucher you have to go to the Embassy for visa.

هنا يقولوا انه مافي مشكلة في الحجز لـ 4 ليالي ولكن لتأكيد الحجز عليك ان ترسل البيانات التالية:
الاسم الكامل لكل الاشخاص ( اسمك الكامل واسم زوجتك واسم طفلك ) ، وايضا ترسل لهم بيانات بطاقة الفيزا الخاصه بك عشان يضمنون حجزك

هنا يقولوا اذا كان الطفل عمره 6 سنوات او اقل فهو مجاني واذا اكبر فله حسبه .. ومايحتاج اذكر لك الحسبه لانه طفلك اصغر من 6 سنوات .. لذلك هو مجاني
ولكن ارسل لهم مع الاسماء تواريخ الميلاد افضل

هنا يقولوا .. انه في حالة كنت تبيهم يرسلون لك الفوتشر الاصلي عشان تستخدمه للسفاره فيجب عليك انك تحول لهم 30% من مبلغ الحجز ، عشان تصدير الفوتشر .. وتصديره ياخذ كحد ادنى 10 ايام من وقت التحويل .. سواء تبي تجلس كل المده او لا

هنا يقولوا .. لازم تزودهم ببيانات مكتب DHL أو FEDEX عشان يرسلون عليه الفوتشر الاصلي ومبلغ الارسال عليك انت ،،
الفوتشر الاصلي هو الي يستخدم في السفاره

الله يسعدك اخوي علي ويجزاك بالجنه على التوضيح ...

طيب اخوي بالنسبه للفيزا عادي لو اعطيتهم بيانات فيزة اخوي لانو انا لسى ماطلعت لي فيزا
راح اطلعها قبل سفرتي هل فيها اشكاليه ..؟
وبالنسبه لشركة الشحن انا من جدة ازودهم بعنوان الشركة الي فجدة والا الفرع تبع الرياض

وبالنسبه للفوتشر ابغى اطلب منهم يرسلونه لي من تاريخ 17 اغسطس الى تاريخ 30 اغسطس

وشاكر لك تجاوبك معاي

عطهم اقرب مكتب بريد سريع لديك طبعا في جده

مثل ماقال لك حبيبنا فيصل

حاول انك تطلع الفيزا هاليومين لانك راح تحتاجها اصلا حتى في حجوزات الفنادق الاخرى .. عشان ماتطيح في مشكلة

والبريد حاول تعطيهم بيانات المكاتب الي طلبوها
