the 3-G certificate requirement for restaurants, leisure facilities and indoor swimming pools applies as decided by the Federal Council. Hotels are not explicitly listed for the certificate requirement, but the use of a restaurant or an indoor swimming pool in the hotel is only permitted with a certificate. This means that a valid certificate for your stay must be requested when entering our hotel!

All guests aged 16 and over who arrive at the hotel from Monday, September 13th or stay longer than September 13th, 2021, must be able to present a valid certificate upon arrival. The certificate can be presented in paper form or digitally as an app. A certificate is only valid according to the requirements of the BAG with a QR code. We are not allowed to accept a Covid test without a certificate with a QR code.

Guests who leave on Monday, September 13th do not need to present a certificate.

Validity of the certificate: A certificate issued from vaccination or convalescence has a long period of validity of several months. A certificate that consists of testing is valid for 48 or 72 hours (depending on the test). The guest is responsible for ensuring that the certificate is extended / renewed and that this is shown again at the reception.

Children up to the age of 16 are exempt from the certificate requirement.

Mask requirement in the hotel: Please note that all guests aged 12 and over must wear a mask (over the mouth and nose) in publicly accessible rooms. We ask guests to always wear their mask in the hotel, unless: You are in the room, you are sitting at the table in the restaurant, at the bar or you are in the water in the indoor pool and in the sauna.

If you have a medical certificate for a mask exemption, we ask you to do a PCR-Covid test, which is not older than 72 hours, before arrival. We also ask you to hand in a copy of the certificate at our reception.
