مع أني اعتقد انه رد جاهز لكل استفسار لأي طلب اقل من ١٥ يوم عمل ..

15 يوم عمل يعني 3 اسابيع حسب ردهم وانت سفرتك في 20 اغسطس. ومثل ما قلت يمكن يكون رد جاهز لاي استفسار عن تقديم اقل من ١٥ يوم عمل. هل حاولت تتصل عليهم مثل ما سوى اخونا الفؤاد وتشرح لهم ان السفر راح يكون في 20 اغسطس.
